We want you to be happy with your purchase. You can request a full refund within 14 days of buying.

1. Who Processes Your Payment
FTP to FTP File Transfer is a brand and product of Desire Div ("Desire Div", "we", "us"). Our order process and payments are handled by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Paddle is the seller of record for all orders. When you buy a licence for FTP to FTP File Transfer, your contract for that purchase is with Paddle, and your purchase is also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms and Paddle's Refund Policy.
This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for FTP to FTP File Transfer and works alongside Paddle's terms. Where Paddle's terms grant you greater rights, those rights apply.
2. 14-Day Refund Window
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. We honour this 14-day window for new licence purchases regardless of where you live.
Because the product is downloadable software, we strongly recommend using the free 24-hour trial before buying so you can confirm it works with your servers. The trial is the full software with no limits — but it does not replace your 14-day refund right.
3. How to Request a Refund
- Through Paddle. Your purchase receipt email from Paddle includes a link to manage your order, where you can request a refund directly.
- Through us. Email support@ftptoftp.com or use our contact form with the email address used at purchase and the approximate purchase date, and we will arrange the refund with Paddle.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Paddle. The time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.
4. Annual Licence — No Auto-Renewal
The licence is valid for one year ($8.25/month billed annually as a single payment of $99 per year). It does not renew automatically and there is no recurring subscription — you will never be charged again unless you choose to manually renew for another year.
Because there is no automatic billing, there is nothing to cancel: if you decide not to continue, simply don't renew, and your licence ends when your paid year is over.
5. Faulty or Undelivered Software
If you do not receive your licence or download, or if the Software is faulty and we are unable to resolve the issue, you are entitled to a replacement or a refund of the amount paid, in line with Paddle's Buyer Terms and your statutory rights.
6. Requests After 14 Days
Refund requests made after the 14-day window are considered on a case-by-case basis at our and Paddle's discretion. We would still rather hear from you than leave you unhappy — please get in touch.
7. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your country or region, including any statutory right of withdrawal. For consumers in the EU/EEA and UK, Paddle provides a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal as set out in Paddle's Buyer Terms, subject to the rules that apply to digital products.
